Letter from the Client, Dr R D Borrill and the Insurance Broker, dated 27 November 2014:
"I am writing, now that Mrs Borrill and I are once again settled in our home at The Old Hall, to express our grateful and heartfelt thanks to you and everyone who helped us so tirelessly after the fire here on April 2nd 2013.
From the beginning, we were impressed by the speed of the response to our plight, and the professionalism, care and respect with which we were treated. We are grateful to Rob Binning of Gab Robbins Loss Adjusters who introduced us to Robert Vaughan of Austin Newport. Robert oversaw the entire fourteen-month reinstatement process. Our on-site manager, Michael Taberner, was equally supportive and patient with us, assisting with many day-to-day difficulties and well as managing all the sub-contractors and keeping everyone safe.
For us, in our ninth decade, the fire was devastating, and a great trial, but we wish to express our sincerest gratitude to all the team, whose dedication, skill, and hard work have returned our home to us, habitable once more." Dr R D Borrill
From Beaumonts: "I know that you met the contractors and Robert from Austin Newport, and I have to second my Client's praise of them; they looked after him every step of the way, quite often doing more than they needed to ensure that Mr & Mrs Borrill were happy. I hope that I am never called upon again to deal with a claim like this, but if I am, I would not hesitate to recommend all of the people involved in this claim."
